This service includes a nurse-led assessment of vital signs, Height, Weight, BMI, Blood Test with Dr Anaylsis and Follow up and Personalised Treatment Plan. -Wellness Checks: Blood Pressure Heart Rate Oxygen Saturation Breathing Rate & Temperature -Height, Weight and BMI. -In-Depth Blood Test, includes Dr Analysis, Report and Recommendations. x1 Blood test selection of: Fatigue Profile, Vitamin D, Weight-loss Management, Vitamin Profile, Iron Status, General Health Profile, Testosterone Check & Diabetes Diagnosis and Management. -Discussion of findings, borderlines. -Create a Personalised Plan or require a GP follow-up.
Cancellation Policy
Inform nurse prior to appointment if you have any allergies. Please ensure you drink a lot of water prior to your appointment to ensure your veins are easy to find. Mobile Services include a complimentary allowance of 5 a mile radius, any mileage exceeding this allowance will be subject to a charge of £2 per mile. To cancel or reschedule please give at no less than 48hours notice as this will result in loss of deposit.
