Service Description
This service includes a nurse-led assessment for: -Blood Pressure -Heart Rate -Oxygen Saturation -Breathing Rate & Temperature -Height, Weight and BMI. -1 Rapid test included with service to check for Vitamin D, Iron Deficiency or Urinary Tract Infections (UTI's). -Discussion of findings, normal ranges, borderline or require a GP follow-up.
Cancellation Policy
Mobile Services include a complimentary allowance of 5 a mile radius, any mileage exceeding this allowance will be subject to a charge of £2 per mile. To cancel or reschedule please give at no less than 48hours notice as this will result in loss of deposit.
