Service Description
Dose: 40mg Kenalog Injection is a corticosteroid injection containing Triamcinolone Acetonide used to manage severe allergy symptoms. Kenalog works by regulating inflammation and suppressing the body's immune response to allergens, reducing hayfever symptoms. This treatment may provide long lasting symptom management, but its not a cure for hayfever. PLEASE NOTE: A mandatory medical consultation and assessment is required prior to treatment to determine suitability and ensure this option is clinically appropriate for you. For best results treatment is recommended approximately a week ahead of peak pollen season.
Cancellation Policy
Inform nurse prior to appointment if you have any allergies. Please ensure you drink a lot of water prior to your appointment to ensure your veins are easy to find. Mobile Services include a complimentary allowance of 5 a mile radius, any mileage exceeding this allowance will be subject to a charge of £2 per mile. To cancel or reschedule please give at no less than 48hours notice as this will result in loss of deposit.
