Cancellation Policy
Consultations are completed prior to treatment. On booking, a Consent and Medical Form will be sent via email (check junk). Ensure to complete forms prior appointment to avoid treatment delays. Drink loads of water prior to appointment so veins are well hydrated for PRP blood draw. Travel Fee: Mobile bookings include a complimentary allowance of a 5 mile radius, any mileage exceeding this will be charged at £2 per mile. CANCELLATIONS: To reschedule or cancel please give no less than 48 hours notice as this will result in loss of deposit.
