Preferred Appointment Type: • Home Test- Finger prick (selective tests) • Mobile/Clinic Appointment Kindly ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays in processing your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Inform nurse prior to appointment if you have any allergies. Please ensure you drink a lot of water prior to your appointment to ensure your veins are easy to find. Mobile Services include a complimentary allowance of 5 a mile radius, any mileage exceeding this allowance will be subject to a charge of £2 per mile. To cancel or reschedule please give at no less than 48hours notice as this will result in 50% charge. Arriving 15 minutes or later to appointment will result in cancellation and of loss of 50% payment fee.
